How do I take it off?

Soap, warm water and a washcloth. No dedicated remover. It comes off when you decide it does, and not before.

Do I really have to leave my moisturiser on?

You don't have to, but it works better if you do. The formula is oil-based, so lotion underneath isn't the problem it is with everything else on the shelf.

How long does one application last?

Through a full day and a full night. Most people reapply after they shower.

Does it work over scars, stretch marks, tattoos and vitiligo?

Yes — it's coverage, so it works the same way on all of them. It doesn't change any of them and it isn't meant to. You put it on when you want it and take it off when you don't.
